Dried torrefied pieces of mutton lung. Differ in high content of mineral nutrients tissue and chain muscle. The lungs are very tasty, low-calorie and are perfectly digested by the body. The lungs contain almost the same set of vitamins as meat, but much less fat. Mutton lungs are more tender than beef ones and contain less fat.
